Showing 5-HT6 mutations influenced the percentage of cells with branched AIS in hippocampal neurons. Mutations F69L + T70I + D72A decreased the percentage of neurons with branched AIS, compared with that of 5-HT6 overexpression. 5-HT6-EGFP (green) indicated primary cilia.
