<i>A/N</i>-<i>InvH</i> expression is induced by salt, osmotic and ABA treatments.

<p>Seven-day-old Arabidopsis transgenic seedlings, expressing <i>ProInvH</i>::<i>gfp</i> and maintained in vertical plates, were exposed to different treatments. Control, roots from untreated seedling, (<b>A</b> and <b>D</b>); roots from seedlings exposed to 100 μM ABA <b>(B</b> and <b>E)</b>, 100 mM NaCl <b>(C</b> and <b>F),</b> or 200 mM mannitol <b>(G</b> and <b>J)</b> for 24 h, or to 1 mM H₂O₂ in MS solution for 30 min <b>(H</b> and <b>K)</b>. Root from wt seedling <b>(I</b> and <b>L)</b> was included to visualize tissue autofluorescence.
