<p>Fluorescence in dark-field (left side) and bright-field imaging (right side) show ROS presence and root anatomy, respectively. In dark field, a line was added to delimit the root. Arabidopsis wt and <i>invh</i> mutant plants were subjected to different treatments for 30 min. <b>(A)</b> and <b>(B),</b> control; <b>(C)</b> and <b>(D),</b> 100 mM NaCl; <b>(E)</b> and <b>(F),</b> 200 mM mannitol; <b>(G)</b> and <b>(H)</b> 100 μM ABA.
