Effects of miR-137 on the IGFBP-5 expression in VSMCs.

<p>(A) The relative mRNA expression levels of IGFBP-5 in VSMCs after miR-137 mimics, miR-137 inhibitor or their relative controls transfection were determined by qRT-PCR. (B) The relative protein expression levels of IGFBP-5 in VSMCs after miR-137 mimics, miR-137 inhibitor or their relative controls transfection were determined by the western blot assay. (C) The relative mRNA expression levels of IGFBP-5 in VSMCs after PDGF-bb (30 ng/ml) treatment were determined by qRT-PCR.
