(B) Cells after growth in glucose for 15 hours. Mothers are associated with one post mitotic daughter surrounded by a complete plasma membrane and containing its own nucleus. A second bud has formed at each of the mother cells and the nucleus migrating to the second daughter is seen in the budneck.</p
