<p>Estimates and 95% confidence intervals are presented for the mean difference in log<sub>2</sub> cord antibody levels after adjustment for log<sub>2</sub> maternal antibody levels for <b>(A)</b> primigravid or <b>(B)</b> multigravid mothers with a <i>P</i>. <i>falciparum</i> placental infection compared to mothers with no placental infection. Dashed line at 0 indicates no difference in mean log<sub>2</sub> cord antibody levels.
