<p>Pearson correlations between Quantibody protein profiles over all samples as calculated for all pairs of proteins. The proteins are presented in a correlation network in which the nodes represent proteins and the interconnecting lines represent the correlation between the proteins. The thickness of the lines represent the strength of the correlation. All correlations <0.7 and disconnected proteins were removed.</p
