Inhibition of HWPs-induced-degranulation of RBL-SX38 cells by mAb mDG1.

<p>Human FcεRI-expressing RBL cells were passively sensitized with 6 sera (#30, 285, 299, 352, 1414, 1649) and subsequently cross-linked with anti-human IgE antibodies, HWP2 (100 ng/mL) or GP19S (100 ng/mL), pre-incubated for 1 h with purified mouse monoclonal antibody mDG1 (20 μg/mL). The results are expressed as percentage of degranulation compared to anti-human IgE-induced degranulation. HWP, hydrolyzed wheat protein. GP19S, Glupearl 19S^®.
