<p>(A) Seeds were stratified and grown at 22°C in complete darkness for 3.5 days and then switched to constant light at 110μmol/m<sup>2</sup>s for 48h. Seedling images were taken at 0, 12, 24 and 48h after switching to light. Wild type and lines expressing different reporter proteins were indicated on the top of the seedlings.
