<p>Mean raw diurnal cortisol levels in children of parents with high (+1 SD) and low (-1 SD) parenting stress. Actual models included parenting stress as a continuous variable. Higher parenting stress was associated with lower total cortisol levels over the day and there were no significant time-sensitive effects.</p
