<p>HSC3 cells were treated with bLF (1 μg/ml, 10 μg/ml, and 100 μg/ml) for 24 h for mRNA and 48 h for protein expressions. (<b>A</b>) Expression of SOCS3 was found to be enhanced after bLF treatment checked by RT-PCR and western blot. (<b>B</b>) Protein levels of p-JAK2 and p-STAT3 were examined by western blot. bLF inhibited the activation of JAK/STAT3 pathway in a dose-dependent manner.
