Damage-induced nuclear localisation of murine HA-Dicer in human HEK293 cells.

<p>Confocal imaging of interspecies heterokaryon fusions between human HEK293 cells and murine PMEF::HA-Dicer or wild type PMEF cells, respectively. Heterokaryons were stained for total HA-Dicer (3F10), γH2A.X in absence or presence of Etoposide. Cytoskeleton was stained using Alexa Fluor 647-conjugated Phalloidin.
