Legal issues of development of entrepreneuship in Ukraine

The article is devoted to the moder № legal issues of entrepreneuship development i № Ukraine. O№ the basis of analysis of selective normative acts existing barriers for valuable development of entrepreneuship are being highlighted. Specific changes are proposed for the preparatory procedure of normative acts as well as for the existing legislation which regulates entrepreneuship.Стаття присвячена сучасним юридичним питанням функціонування підприємництва в Україні. На підставі вибіркового аналізу нормативних актів висвітлюються існуючі перепони для повноцінного розвитку підприємницької діяльності. Пропонуються конкретні зміни як до порядку підготовки нормативних актів, так і до чинного законодавства, яке регулює підприємницькі відносини
