Legal science and practice: relations between them and their influence on professional lawyers’ culture

This article is devoted to some aspects of establishment and development of legal sciences and practice in Ukraine, their relations and influence on the development of professional lawyers’ culture, not only nowadays, but also in the coming XXI century. The author has tried to rise the question about professional education of lawyers in these difficult times of dramatic changes, full of dreams and hopes, while their role in the development of our legal state is hard to exaggerate.Стаття присвячена деяким аспектам становлення та розвитку правничої науки і практики в Україні, їхнім взаємозв’язкам та впливові на формування професійної культури юриста не тільки сьогодення, а й наступного XXI сторіччя від Різдва Христового.
