Kyiv Mohyla academy and development of ukrainian native political and legal thought

The article contains detailed issue on the establishment and development of political and law tradition in Ukraine of XVII—XVII I centuries, which have been formed in Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. The author gives comparative works' analysis of Ukrainian philosophical, law and political thought with the classic European concepts such as Grotius', Spinosa's, Hobbes' etc.У статті детально розглянуто становлення та розвиток політико-правової традиції в Україні XVII— XVIIIст., яка безпосередньо формувалася в стінах Києво-Могилянської академії, проаналізовано праці представників української філософської, правової та суспільно-політичної думки, порівняно з класичними європейськими концепціями Гроція, Спінози, Гоббса та ін
