Pengaruh pelatihan serta motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kinerja organisasi kementrian komunikasi dan informatika

Civil Servants (PNS) as a key element of human resources of the state apparatus has a role as implementers of government activities, should be able to improve its performance, especially in carrying out the activities of service to the community which has not been efficient and effective. In order to establish the figure of PNS as it needs to be implemented through the development of education and training (Diklat), which leads to improving the attitude and spirit of dedication, competence and efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of implementation of the tasks performed. Development which conducted by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (Kemkominfo) through education and training is an effort to improve the quality of its employees. Provision of this motivation can not be separated from education and training. But the demands that employees have to work with a high level of performance or just to be able to creativity and innovation not only on providing knowledge through education and training, but motivation is also important to stimulate employees to perform better than before. Providing motivation and freedom to employees to complete their work in their respective sectors can make performance of employees more optimal in exploring potentials. The level of knowledge, skills and motivation of employees Keminfo in improving employee performance and can affect the organization's ability to improve productivity and this is associated with the assessment of Government Agencies Performance Accountability Report (LAKIP) by the Ministry of Administrative Reform (Menpan). The purpose of this research is to know, understand and analyze the effect of giving training and motivation that has been done by Keminfo to its employees. This research is an explanatory study.The independent variable is education and training and also motivation, while the dependent variable is employee performance and organizational performance. The study population was Keminfo employees who have attended training company with a total sample of 100 samples. The data collection technique is by interview, researchers also gather information through questionnaires using Likert scale. Researchers to test the reliability of the data obtained and then used the descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Model (SEM). In the reliability test, known that data results of the study could be used. From the results of data analysis can be seen that training and motivational variables together significantly affect to employee performance. As for the variable employee performance also significantly affect the overall performance of the organization
