There are turning and other impulses done during sportive activities are among the most seen factors of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries. It is also claimed that femur intercondylar notch sizes may have an impact on the etiological factors that cause ACL injuries and ACL is injured when it‟s on the lateral femoral condilin medial side and especially the narrowness of intercondylar notch increases the risk of injury. In order for diagnosis and treatment of ACL injuries, arthroscopy method is applied together with the physical examination.
