Information center problematic on Turkish national information policies

The emergence of information societies is the most important of defining characteristics of the twentieth century. Countries all over the world are repositioning themselves to take advantage of the opportunities offered by the information age. Formal frameworks of policy are being established to steer the development of information societies. National information Policy is a main policy comprised of such as communicationi technology, science, education, culture..etc. information centers are societal institutions where public knowledge is supplied, organised and offered to social environment. nformation centers have come to front with principles such as creating products using information by means of information society, along with its defined parameters and dynamisms for twentieth century.
