ANALISIS SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT SAYURAN DI BOYOLALI JAWA TENGAH DALAM PENENTUAN HARGA JUAL

This study aims to (1) Analyze the supply chain management of vegetable commodities that occurred in Boyolali. (2) To analyze the factors that influence the price determination of vegetable commodity in Boyolali. This research is a type of qualitative research with a sample of 20 people in the interviews dept interview obtained with the technique of combining Purposive and snowball sampling that is by way of key respondents provide information of other key respondents in the same supply chain path. From the results of the research found that supply chain management in Boyolali is divided into 3 distribution channels marketing of major vegetable commodities, namely: a). Modern distribution channels, b). Traditional distribution channels, and c). Mixed distribution channels. And pricing occurs due to factors from farmers, producer layout design, supply chain management, product quality, supply reliability, traders, competitors, and moment at that time
