This study aims to see the influence of transformational leadership and teamwork on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as mediation. The research method used in this research is quantitative research method. Researcher use approach with survey method. Population in this research is employees of PT PLN (Persero) Service Area Jarigan Surakarta. In this study the sample is determined by probability (probability sampling) with simple random sampling method (simple random sampling).
