Penyelesaian Sengketa Wanprestasi Atas Kredit Macet dalam Perjanjian Kredit dengan Jaminan Hak Tanggungan

This study aimed to determine the Settlement of Default Dispute over Bad Debt in Credit Agreement with Deposit Guarantee. The contract credit was made by Creditor and Debitor in a debt payable agreement whose object was funds or money. There was a Contract Credit Guarantee to gain high value economic trust. The existed issue is credit problem secured by the Mortgage Rights that cannot be executed and also settlement regarding with legal effect of default disputes in contract credit with deposit guarantee. Types of data used are primary and secondary data, this study used normative juridical approach and type of this research is descriptive research, the data analyzed by using qualitative analysis by describing the decision of the research. The data collection method are literature study and document study
