Analisis Perbandingan Efisiensi Perbankan Syariah Dan Perbankan Konvensional Dengan Metode Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA)

This research aimed to determine the difference in efficiency between Islamic Banking with Conventional Banking listed in BEI (Burs Efek Indonesia) in 2012-2016. This research data using secondary data sourced from Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Then the sample data is selected using purposive sampling technique, so that the research samples are 100 data from 5 Conventional Commercial Banks, 5 BPRs, 5 Islamic Commercial Banks and 5 BPRS from 2012-2016. The data obtained are then used as the basis for determining bank efficiency by using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model. The result of data analysis shows that Islamic Bank is more efficient than Conventional Bank In which it is proven by the amount of Conventioonal Bank that is still inefficient
