Background: The prevalence of stunting in Indonesia in 2016 amounted to 38.9%. While in Boyolali district toddlers stunting in 2015 (28%). It shows the incidence of stunting is still high. Income and education in Boyolali very low, obtained 12.09% and 33.71% primary schooling, it will affect the level of knowledge. The high incidence of stunting and low income and education is a phenomenon that is examined in this study.
