This study aims to determine whether the assessment of work performance and employee loyalty affect the promotion of office. This research was conducted at KSPPS Dana Amanah Karanganyar. The population in this study are employees of KSPPS Dana Amanah Karanganyar which amounted to 50 employees. Samples taken from all population numbers are referred to as saturated samples. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and literature studies. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, R2 test, relative contribution and effective contribution.
