This Research aims to identify and empirically examine (1) the influence of Organizational culture on employee satisfaction (2) the influence of Work environtment on employee satisfaction (3) influence of Organizational culture and work environment simultaneously on employee satisfaction. The sample used in this research is 100 employees of PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textille through questionnaires with random sampling sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis, F test, and t test. The result of t test analysis shows the partial influence between Organizational culture on Employee Satisfaction, and Work Environment on employee satisfaction.
