Penyelesaian Kasus Pencemaran Lingkungan Hidup Di Kawasan Industri Berbasis Peningkatan Sustainable Development Di Kota Semarang

Environmental pollution and enfiromental quality degradation occur among the causes of violations of the implementation of environmental regulations by industry, which have an important role in the era of globalization and regional autonomy, because today, not all of them must be degraded into the industry because Individuals, communities and even countries contribute to environmental damage. As a result of all this, in the industrial area is still far from expectations. Therefore, it is necessary to settle the environmental cases in a preventive or repressive manner in the case of environmental irregularities. The problem in this research is how to solve the case of pollution and environmental damage in industrial area of Semarang City done by Environmental Office (DLH) Semarang City and how to solve case of pollution and environmental damage in Semarang city industrial area based on sustainable development. This research is conducted in descriptive analysis, is a study which describes and describes the questionnaire and the fact that there is a detailed, systematic work regulation and through the settlement of environmental cases in Semarang City and the juridical approach used is empirical. So the data used in this study is primary data and secondary data Primary data collected by interview the researchers determine the subjects, such as relevant agencies and communities. While the secondary data obtained from the form of literature, legislation and related documents. The settlement of environmental pollution cases conducted by the Environmental Office of Semarang City in handling environmental pollution report is by conducting field verification and administration sanction. Administrative sanctions in question are in the form of a written warning to the Government Coercion. In accordance with the regulation on environmental pollution in Semarang City related to Article 76-83 UUPPLH and Form of settlement of environmental pollution case based on the improvement of sustainable development which refers to the three pillars of Semarang's sustainable development which is basically balanced, namely economic, justice (social) society and ecology.
