Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Studi pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Surakarta)

This study aims to test and determine (1) the influence of motivation on employee performance. (2) the influence of work discipline on employee performance and (3) the influence of motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Surakarta. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample used in this study is 50 employees from the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Surakarta by using data collection methods through questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2). Result of t test show there is partially influence between independent variable to dependent variable. Then, from the F test is known that there is a simultaneous influence between motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees
