Ten years of marriage is the period that is hard to traversed as a spouse husband and wife not able to predict tension that may be happened so that can affect satisfaction marriage felt by married couple.The purpose of this research is to assess and described satisfaction marriage in pairs husband and wife in ten years of marriage.This research in a narrative descriptive with informants 2 couples of husband and wife who has been married for 10 years.This research uses the interview and observation as a means of gatherer data.Data analysis used in this research was content analysis.The analysis shows that the description of marital satisfaction in couples husband and wife internally can vary.In couple which is equally work arrangement financial can be done both between husband and wife where husband and wife equally work and equally financial management. Is by the distribution of a a role in households where by the husband of wife can equally work , equally financial management , and equally do household tasks .In couple which is equally work childcare done both between husband and wife . Different from married couple where duty earn a living done by the husband so arrangement financial be fully surrendered to his wife . So it is with a role in households whereby the husband of only works and wives in the house do housework and financial management.Childcare in couple this is just handed over to just wife. Marital satisfaction can also different between husband and wife. Husband easier to spend free time for himself, but on the wife leisure enough to be used for the family, and children or do housework. Description of marital satisfaction externally can be seen from relationship of the couple with family and relatives. Conflict with the in-laws and neighbour caused some informants were not can reach marital satisfaction externally
