F2 Seeds were derivatives of original F1 seeds that grown on the special medium that containing cellulose, hemicelluloses, and lignin. Generally, it used rice husks and Sengon wood-flakes. Coffee grounds and cardboard contain (cellulose, hemicelluloses, and lignin) which can be used as an innovation of F2 nursery and growth of mycelium oyster mushroom and straw mushroom. The purpose of this study was to know the growth of mycelium F2 seeds of oyster mushroom and straw mushroom by using medium of coffee grounds and cardboard. The medium of cardboard was the most optimal one in the growth of mycelium.
