KAJIAN PERAN STRATEGIS INTELIGEN YUSTISIAL KEJAKSAAN DALAM PERKARA TINDAK PIDANA KORUPSI (Studi Kejaksaan Negeri Karanganyar)

This research aims to determine the strategic role of the Justice Intelligence Agency of Karanganyar State Prosecutor in a corruption criminal case. Data and information gathering is done by Author in Karanganyar District Attorney. The types and sources of data generated are primary data and with secondary data derived from books, regulation and others. The data obtained is processed and analyzed based on the formulation of the problems that can be analyzed with qualitative data analysis presented descriptively that is explaining, describing and seeing clearly and concretely to the available object answers in accordance with the problem that closely filled with this research. Based on the results of research and discussion of the results as follows: (1) The role of Judicial Intelligence Attorney General of Karanganyar State in the disclosure of alleged criminal acts of corruption is conducting intelligence / investigation to find and collect data or information about whether or not there is alleged corruption. In addition to conducting an investigation, the section also serves as a Tim Pengawal dan Pengawasan Pemerintahan dan Pembangunan Daerah (TP4D) based on Presidential Instruction No. 7 of 2015 on Corruption Prevention and Eradication Action.
