Penyelesaian Sengketa Ekonomi Syariah Oleh Masyarakat Pasca Berlakunya Undang-Undang Nomor 3 Tahun 2006 (Studi Kasus di Pengadilan Negeri dan Pengadilan Agama Kota Surakarta dan Kota Sukoharjo)

Religion Court have been given authority to finish the problem of Moslem law of economic dispute specified of Law Number 3 Year 2006 about Religion Court. However, general court also have authority in handling the case, pursuant to Law Number 21 Year 2008 about Moslem law of Banking. Both of this harmonious law becoming not because there are dualism authority. This matter generate polemic in Religion Court and General Court environment. Target of which wish to be reached in this research is: (1) To know include path case in District Court and Religion Court in this case regarding dispute Moslem law of economics, and (2) To know tendency of society in including case of dispute Moslem law of economics, more than in District Court or Religion Court after existence of Law Number 3 Year 2006. This research represent of law of normatif research have definition which is equal to research of doctrinal (doctrinal research) that is research pursuant to law materialss (library based) which its focus at reading and studying materialss punished of primary and secondary. Approach method which is utilized in this research is to use approach of descriptive analysis. This research yield that Religion Court more is entitled to finish Moslem law of economic dispute case, but practically society ascription there is still assuming District Court more have competence / can to finished Moslem law of economic dispute to through of civil procedure law
