Pengaruh Program Pendidikan Dan Pelatihan Kerja Karyawan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan(Study pada pabrik tekstil PT. Kusuma Nanda Putra di Pedan Klaten)

This study has the purpose as knowledge and empirical testing (1) the influence of education on employee performance. (2) the effect of job training on employee performance. (3) the influence of education and job training on employee performance at PT. Kusuma Nanda Putra in Pedan, Klaten District. This type of research is quantitative. Sample used in this research is employees of PT. Kusuma Nanda Putra Klaten with 50 respondents with random sampling sampling technique. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques are multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R^2). The result of this research shows that there is partial influence between independent variable to dependent variable. Analysis of F test data known to have simultaneous influence of variable education and job training on employee performance. While the regression coefficient indicates that the variable of education has more dominant influence than job training on employee performance
