Perbedaan Tingkat Pengetahuan Wanita Usia Subur Tentang Alat Kontrasepsi Pil KB Sebelum Dan Sesudah Mendapat Leaflet Dan Konseling Pada Puskesmas di Kabupaten Boyolali

Oral contraception pill is one of the kinds of hormonal that contains estrogen and progesterone hormones, indicated to control pregnancy by inhibiting the release of eggs from the ovaries. This research was considered as quasi-experimental design research by collecting the primary data using kuesioner which was directly obtained from the sample. The purpose of this research was to compare the effect of before and after get the leaflets and counseling and also to compare the effetivenees leaflet or counseling. Samples taken were women at childbearing age consuming the oral contraception pill. The samples were taken by using cluster random sampling method from the sample from four community health center in the Boyolali 2016 Puskesmas leaflet group is . .Data analysis using statistic paired t-test to see the difference between the result pre-test with pos-test and independent samples t-test to look at the effectivesnees of leaflet or konseling. If p value < 0,05 the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted. The results indicated that there is a significant differences on the level of knowledge before and after receiving the leaflet and counseling with p value = 0,00 ( α = 0,05). Based on the average value counseling is more effective = 66,45 (medium category) > than leaflets = 62,45 (medium category) in improving the knowledge usage with the average value of the level of knowledge in which -4 the difference between the leaflets and counseling
