This research took the title “ANALYSIS OF FACTORS AFFECTING THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEE IN REGIONAL OFFICE (KANREG) I BADAN KEPEGAWAIAN NEGARA (BKN) DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA (DIY)”.
