This study examined the program adherence and implementation process of the Project P.A.T.H.S. (P.A.T.H.S. denotes Positive Adolescent Training through Holistic Social Programmes) and investigated the predictors of the quality and success of program implementation. Program delivery in 62 randomly selected schools in Hong Kong was systematically observed by using 11 process indicators. Results showed that overall levels of program adherence and implementation quality were high. Process evaluation scores varied with school grade, type of implementer, and mode of curriculum integration.
