Hospitality leadership : international perspectives

This working paper introduces research currently being undertaken which explores leadership excellence in the hospitality industry. Through the collection of primary data in the UK, Australia and Hong Kong, the research focuses on successful leaders in terms of how they perceive leadership excellence and apply it within their different work roles.
