The transient laminar natural convection in an inclined parallel-walled channel when the bottom wall is heated was investigated by direct numerical solution of the governing equations using the accurate projection method, PmIII. Comparison of the investigation results with other published experimental results for the overall Nusselt numbers was made. It was found that the numerical simulation results represented by the overall Nusselt number are in good agreement with the experimental data.
