The LTE standard has been developed for high-bandwidth mobile access for today’s data-heavy applications. With broadband cellular available already from the UMTS system, users are expecting the LTE network to provide high quality communication. To ensure the quality and correctness of complex systems of LTE, it is important to evaluate the behavior of traffic on a LTE network in relation to UMTS.
