As the term suggests, the development of lifestyle-related diseases is greatly affected by the lifestyles of individuals. Primary prevention through a review of individuals\u27 lifestyles and promotion of healthy habits is an essential step to prevent these diseases. This study reports the results of a questionnaire survey and blood sampling conducted on 2,745 office workers aged 35, 40, 45, 50, and 55 years. Analysis of variance in the distribution of lipid indices [serum lipid values and body mass index (BMI) ] by age strata revealed statistically significant differences in total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), and BMI.
