IX Congreso Geológico de España, 12-14 septiembre 2016, Huelva.-- 4 pages, 2 figures[EN] The present work presents the premilinary results about the geomorphology and recent sedimentary processes in the northern sector of the Argentine continental margin, based on the seismic and acoustic data obtained during the recent MIXTO cruise on board the Hesperides vessel. Morfo-seismic and stratigraphy of the recent sedimentary register indicate the presence on the continental shelf, of agradational and progradational units overlaid by infilled paleochannels, sediment bars and biconstructions; and on the continental slope, of a sediment wave field, valleys, erosive surface and a scour field.
