Reconfigurable parallel computing is required to provide high-performance embedded computing, hide hardware complexity, boost software development, and manage multiple workloads when multiple applications are running simultaneously on the emerging network-on-chip (NoC)-based multiprocessor systems-on-chip (MPSoCs) platforms.
