Završni rad opisuje postupak određivanje nepoznatih parametara matematičkog modela makete njihala primjenom genetičkog algoritma. Dobivene vrijednosti nepoznatih parametara su uspoređivane s onim dobivenim eksperimentalnim postupcima na laboratorijskom modelu. Postupak identifikacije parametara je obavljen pomoću programskog paketa Matlab-Simulink.This thesis describes the use of genetic algorithms in determining the parameters of a mathematical model of a pendulum. The obtained values of the parameters were compared with those obtained experimentally on the laboratory model. The parameter identification procedure is performed using Matlab
