The incessant technological multiplication and its incursion across the interstices of daily life must be a constant point of attention. Which is why it is necessary to contribute to the understanding and explanation of how the digital world and technologies affect young people, which gives reason to sociocultural transformations, mainly in their practices and consumption. The purpose is to investigate in the cultural practice and consumption of young people from the Computer Science Faculty in the University of Granma so that this research will serve as a diagnostic to know how this phenomenon manifests itself in this context.
