Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) is a reflection of the economic potential of the region, since the income to make the central government as one of the criteria in the granting of regional autonomy and local revenue sources should ideally be able to contribute the largest part of total local revenues compared with other income sources. PAD South Lampung regency as one measure of financial independence on average accounted for only 2.93% of South Lampung district revenue in Fiscal Year 2004-2008, the average revenue growth of South Lampung Regency achievement of 14.66% and the average mean average target of 87.88%.\ud \ud Issues raised in this research is how the growth performance of the Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) South Lampung District Fiscal Year 2004-2008?. The purpose of writing is (a) To determine the performance of individual sources of Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) of South Lampung Regency, (2) To determine the source of PEndapatan Asli\ud Daerah (PAD) seed based on the level of effectiveness, contribution and growth.
