ANALISIS PENGARUH REFORMASI BIROKRASI DAN KOMPETENSI APARATUR TERHADAP KINERJA ORGANISASI PADA DINAS-DINAS DI KABUPATEN CIANJUR

This research starts from the fundamental problems of low Organizational Performance of Departments Cianjur Regency. Its thought to have been came by Bureaucracy Reformation and Aparatus Competency to Organizational Performance of Departments Cianjur Regency, not yet implemented. The approach in this study refers to the context of the theory of Bureaucracy Reformation and Aparatus Competency also Organizational Performance as part of the scope of Public Administration. The method of research used explanatory survey with technical analysis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), while the population of Departments Cianjur Regency. The result of the research shows the need for the undertaking of further research regarding the need to optimalize the improvement of the influence of Bureaucracy Reformation and Aparatus Competency to Organizational Performance of Departments Cianjur Regency as seen from the perspective of Public Administration. This is shown by the existence of different variables which influence Organizational Performance of Departments Cianjur Regency.
