Es wurde ein ultraschnelles Röntgen-CT-System entwickelt, welches sowohl zwei-, als auch dreidimensionale Bildgebung auf Basis eines gescannten Elektronenstrahls ermöglicht. Dieser wird hierzu auf ein spezielles durchstrahlbares Röntgentarget fokussiert, um eine schnell bewegte Röntgenquelle nach dem Prinzip der Kegelstrahltomographie zu erzeugen. Die maximale Bildrate liegt bei 10 kHz bei zweidimensionaler Bildgebung, bzw. 1,25 kHz bei dreidimensionaler Bildgebung. In Phantomexperimenten konnte für die gewählte Bildrate von 250 Hz (3D) eine Ortsauflösung von 1,5 mm ermittelt werden. Da die Ortsauflösung von der Bildrate beeinflusst wird, kann diese in weiten Bereichen den Messanforderungen flexibel angepasst werden. Bessere Ortsauflösungen...
