Das Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit ist die Entwicklung von Rapid Prototyping- und den dazugehörigen Rapid Tooling Prozessen für das Feingießen von geometrisch komplexen Metallbauteilen. Da im Feingussprozess bestimmte Hohlstrukturen mittels Keramikschalenaufbau nicht herstellbar sind, ist es notwendig, um komplexe Innengeometrien zu erzeugen, keramische Kerne in den Prozess zu integrieren. Aus diesem Grund beschäftigt sich die vorliegende Arbeit, neben der Entwicklung eines schnellen und stabilen dreidimensionalen Druckprozesses zur Herstellung verlorener Modelle und Keramikschalen, auch mit der Entwicklung eines Herstellungsprozesses für keramische Kerne.The objective of the presented work is the development of rapid prototyping and related...
