INTRODUCCIÓN: La utilización de donantes en asistolia controlada para trasplante hepático ha sido relacionada con fallo primario del injerto y colangiopatía isquémica. El empleo de NECMO (normothermic extracorporeal membrane oxygenation) podría conseguir resultados similares a los donantes en muerte encefálica. OBJETIVO: comparación de resultados usando donantes en asistolia controlada empleando el NECMO frente a los donantes clásicos en muerte encefálica para el trasplante hepático en términos de morbilidad y mortalidad.
