New methods of prenatal screening in first trimester of pregnancy

Tato práce pojednává o nových metodách diagnostiky prenatálního screeningu v 1. trimestru těhotenství, díky kterým jsme schopni již na konci 1. trimestru těhotenství diagnostikovat většinu anatomických (morfologických) abnormalit u plodu. Nejdříve se zabývá možnými metodami preimplantační diagnostiky. Následně jsou zde shrnuty metody screeningu v 1. trimestru těhotenství, zejména ultrazvukové a biochemické markery. V závěru práce je zhodnocení výše uvedených metod v praxi a možnost jejich využití v ČR.This work discusses about new diagnostic methods of prenatal screening in the first trimester of pregnancy, for which we are already able to diagnose the majority of anatomical (morphological) abnormalities in the fetus yet in the end of the first trimester. First are discussed the possible methods of preimplantation diagnosis. Following are summarized methods of screening in the first trimester of pregnancy, particularly ultrasound and biochemical markers.
