Pepper, Capsicum annum L, is a product that with others such us tomatoes, is one of the most demanded from consumers at the time of making it part of their nutritional diet. In Ecuador, the growth of peppers is becoming more popular; however, the lack of investigation and development in this area do not allow the production to reach the optimal yield. For these reason, the production of Quetzal, a hybrid of pepper, under controlled conditions based on an organic fertilization with biol was studied.
